Opteka 58mm Close-Up Set (+1, +2, and +4) with 10x Macro Lens for Canon EOS Film & Digital SLR Cameras fitted with normal lenses do not permit us to move closer than a certain minimum distance from the object being photographed. The Close-Up lens, which is simply mounted in the front of our normal taking lens, permits the taking of close-ups and also makes possible the photography of details which would be quite impossible without using the Close-Up lens. The easy to use solution for getting extra close. These lenses enable you to get much closer than the minimum focus of the standard camera lens - as close as 4 inches from the subject. Ideal for cataloging small items and focusing on details. Customer Review: Fantastic I have been completely happy with this set of add on’s. While I know they do not replace a quality macro lens they are providing me with excellent learning opportunities, while I save for my Macro lens. Customer Review: Digital Images Close Up This is a great product at an economical price. I’ve already gotten detailed photos of minute objects such as close ups of our high school class ring for our 50th Reunion Book as well as the engraving of the ring manufacturer and the carrot weight on the inside of the ring. I also got some great shots of photos of cars from the 1950’s for the same project. The lenses come in a nice pouch too.

Ideal for cataloging small items and focusing on details. Customer Review: great product for the price This macro lens attaching to an existing lens works well and has an exceedingly low price. Of course it is not a dedicated macro lens. But because it is easy to carry (small) and so inexpensive and of good quality it is a bargain. Customer Review: good, but not works its a very good product, but if you are thinking this will work with your macro lens, forget it… the closed it’s too small and F have to be very high to see something and the focus area is too small.

Canon Lens Rear Cap for Canon EF SLR Lenses A rear lens cap for Canon EOS lenses / Protects lens from dust, impact and scratches Customer Review: Must have for lens protection Like others, I lost mine while shooting and needed a solid replacement that matched the original. This is it. It’s a bit pricey, but nothing compared to the glass you are protecting. Very pleased. Customer Review: Well built. Does the job perfect As most photographer experienced one time or more : losing the lens cap. I lost mine when I was shooting an outdoor group activity. It’s exactly same as the factory one, well built, solid. And it’s cheap! 5 stars!

Auto pop-up, retractable, electronic-flash in pentaprism Dimensions (W x H x D) 5.7 x 4.2 x 2.9 inch (Body Only); 26.1 ounce Customer Review: feels smooth and solid in your hands I’ve owned this camera for about 6 months now and love it. I use it as a primary with a 30D as back-up and shoot sports with a Sigma 120-300 2.8 lens. The 6.5fps shutter speed ensures I get the perfect shot and the metering is spot on. I debated buying the 50D when I purchased this camera, but after considerable research I am convinced the pixel density on the 50D is so great, my image yield would be marginally better especially considering I am shooting at fast shutter speeds and high frame per second rates. Customer Review: Good camera. I don’t own one yet, but i have used the Canon 40D and i really like it. I’m a beginner, and I currently own a XTI. It’s been a very good camera. No problems with it so far. Comparing the two, i think they are both equally matched in quality. Granted, the 40D has more features, but both are good. I don’t have a big desire to purchase a 50D(due to reviews and what i’ve seen), but i can’t say alot till’ I try one. The 40D has very good picture quality, live view, 6.5(almost 7) Fps continous shooting, and much more. If your upgrading, it’s worth the upgrade.I’m looking foward to getting my 40D when the time comes.

Canon Rebel XS 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens (Silver) Ideal for a wide range of photographers from first-time digital SLR users to veteran photo enthusiasts, the new Canon EOS Rebel XS camera is designed to embody what you have come to expect from the EOS Rebel series - a fast, non-intimidating, lightweight, easy-to-use camera that produces excellent images and starts emerging photographers off on the right foot. Immediately, photographers will take notice of the camera’s Optical Image Stabilized kit lens for crisp focus, compensating for camera shake from unsteady hands or a moving vehicle. The new Rebel model also incorporates Canon’s DIGIC III image processor, 10.1 megapixel CMOS sensor, Live View, Auto Lighting Optimizer, 7-point wide-area autofocus (AF) sensor and 3.0 frames per second continuous JPEG burst rate where the number of consecutive shots in a burst is only limited by the capacity of the flash memory card in the camera. Customer Review: Excellent beginners’ SLR camera I looked at a lot of cameras before I decided to buy a Canon. (Major reason for sticking to Canon was that I have a great point-n-shoot from them, SD800 IS). I’ve had it for 5 months now and have found it light enough and easy to use. The picture quality is of course excellent. I take pictures in RAW format and export them as Tiff after retouching them using the bundled software, which I have to say is quite good. LiveView is useful only for novices or when you let someone less experienced take pictures using your SLR as most people these days find it difficult to use the viewfinder. The only thing that still bugs me that my (somewhat long) nose touches the screen when I take pictures and that kinda makes the screen oily! Otherwise this is a great and cheap body and I will spend more on lenses later. I bought a UV and CP filter from Tiffen and so far am very pleased with my buy! Customer Review: Excellent product for a great price I am very pleased with the product. The cost benefit is excellent. All you can expect from Canon quality SLR for less than $ 500.00.
