How much does a used Quantaray Polarizing Lens Filter 62mm with rotating front sell for? How much does a used Nikon AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 ED Nikkor Lens sell for?

I had a mishap yesterday when my DSLR camera fell on a rock. The UV filter shattered, however that turns out to be the least of my problems. Now I can’t get the filter off the lens. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
